information

MESOEYE C71 pairs 1 % pharmaceutical-grade HA (that’s 10 mg per ml) with 700 µg of X-REP peptides. HA is your skin’s natural water magnet; here it also holds the peptides in place so they can keep working for about 18 hours instead of just a few minutes. The peptide mix (acetyl hexapeptide-30, acetyl hexapeptide-38, tripeptide-41, and heptapeptide-17) targets fat cells and tiny blood vessels, switching on AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and dialing down excess fluid.

No BDDE (the cross-linking agent found in thicker fillers) shows up in tests, and endotoxin stays below 0.5 EU/ml. A CE 2797 stamp backs up sterility and safety. The liquid flows easily through the supplied 33 G needle, yet lingers long enough around the eye socket to do its job. Formulas skips lidocaine, but you can safely mix in a drop of plain lidocaine if the patient prefers extra comfort.

Use C71 when dark circles meet morning puffiness and a hint of hollowness. Best results show in adults 25–55 with mild to moderate tear-trough loss or lids that stay puffy after sleep. Inject tiny blebs—about 0.02 ml—into the superficial fat with a 33 G needle or a 30 G blunt cannula.

How it works:
• Peptides acetyl hexapeptide-38 and tripeptide-41 tell fat cells to shrink, easing under-eye bulges over 4–6 weeks.
• Acetyl hexapeptide-30 calms nerve-linked swelling.
• HA gives an instant, gentle lift and hydration.

Compared with detergent-based fat dissolvers, C71 avoids burning and hard lumps. It also outperforms plain HA boosters by adding circulation and fat-modulating effects. Skip treatment during pregnancy, active eyelid infection, bleeding disorders, or autoimmune flare-ups. Patients with very large fat herniation may still need surgery.

The carton holds a nitrogen-filled 1 ml glass syringe (marked every 0.05 ml) and two ultra-thin 33 G × 4 mm needles. Twin peel-off labels capture lot and expiry for records. The IFU covers storage (2–25 °C, out of light), dosing grids, a 0.5 ml per-side limit, and how to undo excess with 5 IU hyaluronidase per 0.1 ml. All parts are latex-free and ISO-tested. Shelf life unopened: 24 months. Packaging uses FSC board and soy-based inks.

Results roll out in three steps. Days 1–3: small blebs flatten; skin looks more hydrated. Weeks 2–4: peptides shrink fat cells and boost circulation, so darkness lifts and morning puffiness drops—ultrasound shows about 15 % less fat. Week 6 onward: collagen uptick firms thin lower-lid skin; profilometry records a 12 % line-depth cut. Expect 6–9 months of improvement. Smokers or night-shift workers may need a four-month top-up; low-stress lifestyles stretch benefits closer to nine. Because the HA is free-flowing, any over-fill melts on its own within two weeks, and hyaluronidase can reverse it in minutes if necessary.

Q1: Does it bruise like regular tear-trough fillers?
A1: Rarely. The 33 G needle is tiny and stays shallow, so vessel hits are minimal. A cold pack and arnica gel lower risk even more.

Q2: Can I restart my eye-cream actives right away?
A2: Yes, antioxidants and retinol are fine after 24 hours. Skip acids or scrubs for three days.

Q3: How soon will dark circles fade?
A3: Most people notice brighter under-eyes by week 2, with best clarity around weeks 6–8.

MESOEYE C71 comes from ABG Lab in the USA, co-produced with Promoitalia in Italy. Both sites run under ISO 13485 and GMP. Each lot passes peptide purity checks, endotoxin tests, and heat-stress trials before the CE 2797 mark is applied. The company aims for 50 % recycled PET packaging by 2026 and offsets freight emissions through BioCargo. Authorised distributors supply clinics in more than 70 countries.
