information

This filler has one of the highest HA concentrations in the Vivacy range (24 mg/ml), giving strong support for deep lines. Lidocaine (0.3 %) reduces pain during injection so patients can relax without extra numbing cream. Mannitol (9 mg/ml) fights free radicals after needle trauma, helps control swelling, and extends filler life. The special cross-linking keeps the gel stable but flexible, moving naturally with facial expressions. Clinical studies show over 80 % of treated areas kept at least a one-grade improvement at six months, and about 64 % held it at twelve months. Fewer touch-ups mean easier maintenance for patients.

This filler is designed for deep static folds that stay even at rest. It’s ideal for nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and shaping the chin or cheeks. It suits patients with moderate to severe volume loss or naturally thin features. Compared to mid-density fillers, it delivers up to 25 % more vertical lift, so fewer injection points are needed. It’s CE-certified in Europe but should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in people with autoimmune conditions, or those allergic to lidocaine. Unlike other fillers that are harder to reverse, this one can be safely dissolved with hyaluronidase if needed. For hand rejuvenation, it can be diluted 1:1 with saline to soften the effect while still hiding veins and tendons.

Each box is built for safe, easy use. It contains 2 x 1 ml Bi-SOFT syringes with color-coded plungers for precise dosing, and 4 x 27 G ½″ needles designed to reduce force while staying secure. CE-marked patient labels help with record-keeping. The instructions cover contraindications, safe injection zones, and certifications. Store it upright between 2–25 °C and out of direct sunlight. Each kit has a five-year shelf life with tamper-evident packaging.

Results typically last 9–12 months thanks to high HA density, advanced cross-linking, and mannitol’s anti-inflammatory action. Clinical studies show solid improvements even at a year. Patients often need fewer touch-ups. For active lifestyles or high sun exposure, plan on about nine months between treatments; for lower activity, twelve months is common. Touch-ups are usually small, around 0.2 ml per fold at month four if needed.

Is it approved?
Yes. It’s CE Class III certified for Europe. It is not FDA-cleared in the United States, so always follow local guidelines.

How much does it hurt?
Very little. The 0.3 % lidocaine in the gel and the ergonomic Bi-SOFT syringe design keep average pain scores low, around 1.4 out of 10 in studies.

Can it be reversed?
Yes. This HA filler dissolves with hyaluronidase if needed, giving practitioners control for corrections or emergencies.
